Reinzosil is the ultimate sealing compound!
Produced as a solvent-free, permanently elastic, quick-hardening silicone sealing compound for use on two-dimensional connections with a sealing gap (without even requiring component disassembly).
Reinzosil offers a wide temperature range from -50 C to +300 C (short-term peak temperature), and offers excellent resistance to gasoline and diesel fuels, oils, grease, lubricants, water, seawater, sunlight and ozone.
Reinzosil is easy to apply with 5 simple steps:
– Remove gasket remnants with a silicone remover such as Victor Reinz RE-MOVE.
– Clean and degrease the sealing surfaces and allow to dry.
– Apply sealing compound on one surface and assemble the components immediately (skin forming starts after 5-15 minutes).
– Small gaps are sealed at once; otherwise take note of curing time (0,1-0,2 mm/h).
– Close nozzle after use.
